EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
We currently have three employee-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that encourage interaction and relationship building around a common theme. These groups have volunteer leaders who guide us through the meetings and provide interactive topics. We welcome all ideas and suggestions on topics.
As an Employee Resource Group (ERG) leader, we have been able to bring employees from several different backgrounds to help us teach each other. We have created an environment that is conversation focused on bettering our understanding on the communities around us."

The President's Club is a companywide incentive program to recognize excellence in PrincetonOne through sales, recruiting and leadership efforts.
